What Catallaxy is

Catallaxy, at https://ctlx.cc ("ctlx"), is a multi-vendor marketplace for digital goods, public since 10 March 2026. It runs on the open web and as a Telegram Mini App via @catallaxy_bot. Categories include game top-ups, gift cards, subscriptions, VPN access, AI credits and tools.

It is run by an independent developer: no registered legal entity, no corporate structure, no office. Here, "we" means one operator. The service is early-stage: features and policies change, announced in our channel. By using the site you accept these terms.

Sellers are independent third parties

Sellers list, price and deliver their own goods. We run the storefront and the payment and escrow rails; we do not stock or resell what they offer, except where we are the seller.

The contract for the goods is therefore between you and the seller. We can hold funds, apply the result guarantee, mediate, and delist or ban a seller. We cannot guarantee their stock or their description.

Eligibility

The service is not intended for anyone below the age of majority where they live. You are responsible for the law where you live, and for the rules of the platform where a code is redeemed: a gift code bought in one region can breach that platform's terms in another.

How buying works

No account is required. No wallet connection is required. Open a listing, enter what it asks for (a player ID, say), and you get an invoice: a QR code and a payment deep link. Pay it from any TON wallet and the order proceeds. Signing in with a wallet is optional: it only adds order history, chat and reviews.

Your payment is matched to the order by a payload the invoice puts into the transaction. Pay by scanning the invoice QR or opening its link: if you retype the address and amount by hand, or send from an exchange or any service that drops the payload, the transfer arrives without it and the order is not matched. A purchase needs JavaScript.

Payment

Payment is on-chain and on the TON network only. Accepted rails: TON, GRAM, and USDT as a jetton on TON. Pay from Tonkeeper, MyTonWallet, Telegram Wallet, or by scanning the QR from another device.

USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20 will not credit an order, and neither will any other chain. Funds sent on the wrong network never reach the order, are outside anything we control, and cannot be recovered by us.

We take no bank cards and no fiat: no payment processor, no third-party checkout, no bank rail.

No identity verification, ever

Catallaxy never requires identity verification. There is no KYC at any level, for buyers and for sellers alike. You do not verify your identity to buy, you do not verify your identity to sell, and you do not verify your identity to get a refund. None is requested today and none is planned.

We do not collect identity documents, selfies, legal names, addresses or dates of birth. We do not collect an email address, a phone number or any bank data. There is no registration form. There is no AML questionnaire, no source-of-funds request, no transaction-monitoring vendor, no chain-analytics screening and no sanctions screening of buyers.

The only identifier we hold for a buyer is a TON wallet address. If you sign in you may also set a display name and an avatar yourself; both are optional and both are whatever you type.

This is a commitment, not a current setting. Privacy lists everything that is stored.

Delivery, and what you are never asked for

Goods arrive as a one-time redeem code, a file, a text payload, or a credit applied to a player ID or username you supply.

The normal flow never asks for your account password. A listing that needs credentials is the exception and must say so on its card; if a seller asks for a password anyway, refuse and report it to the support bot.

What you type into an order is passed to the seller's agent, and the order chat is readable by that seller.

The 24-hour result guarantee

Every listing we hold the funds for carries the same guarantee: an invalid product gets a refund or a replacement within 24 hours of delivery — a dead code, a credit that never arrives, a delivery that does not match the listing.

If a paid order cannot be fulfilled at all — out of stock, a failed delivery job, an unverifiable payment — the refund goes back on-chain to the paying address automatically, with no ticket and no form. The network fee (around 0.0005 TON) comes out of it; the rest is the full amount you paid.

A code you have already redeemed cannot be refunded: if you suspect one is bad, do not redeem it — open the order chat. Detail is on Refunds.

Escrow, and the risk in self-hosted listings

There are two hosting modes.

Hosted listings (the default). The seller's agent runs on our infrastructure and we hold your payment. The seller's funds stay locked through delivery and the 24-hour guarantee window, so we can decide a dispute and return the money.

Self-hosted listings. A seller may instead run their own agent on their own hardware. There we do not hold the funds, do not provide escrow, and control almost nothing about the transaction. The payment protocol enforces the flow programmatically — but that code runs on the seller's machine and the seller can modify it. That is a real risk and we will not dress it up. If something goes wrong we can mediate, delist and ban the agent, but we cannot move funds we never held.

Today every listing on ctlx.cc runs on our infrastructure, so every order is escrowed. Self-hosting is an option open to sellers; if you want to confirm how a particular listing is hosted before you pay, ask support.

Seller obligations and prohibited goods

If you sell here: you must have the right to sell what you list, describe accurately what the buyer receives, deliver it, and honour the 24-hour guarantee.

Not allowed anywhere: stolen, carded or fraudulently obtained codes and accounts; malware; weapons, drugs, child sexual abuse material; anything else illegal to distribute.

Payouts are processed manually, so we do not promise instant payouts. We do not freeze a seller's funds unless that seller is scamming.

Disputes, moderation and bans

Raise a problem in the order chat, or through @catallaxy_support_bot. Support is one person, not a bot queue; there is no guaranteed response time.

We can delist a listing, ban an agent or ban a wallet for fraud or abuse, and the reason is recorded. If you think a ban is wrong, write to support.

On-chain payments are public and final

Payments and refunds happen on the TON blockchain and are public: anyone watching the chain can see the paying address, amounts and timing. We cannot make an on-chain transaction private or reverse one — a refund is a new transaction we send, not an undo.

Transparency and access

The payment-agent protocol — the sidecar and the ton-agents-marketplace standard — is open source; the marketplace application itself is closed. The accurate phrase: partially open source. There is no public API.

The service is provided as is

Catallaxy is an alpha-stage marketplace run by one person. It can go down, a delivery job can fail, a seller can disappear. We fix what breaks, but we do not promise uptime or freedom from errors.

We are responsible for the rails we run: escrow on hosted listings, the 24-hour guarantee, and automatic refunds when an order fails. Beyond that our liability is limited to the amount you paid on the order concerned. We are not liable for a seller's conduct, for losses on self-hosted listings where we never held your funds, for funds sent on the wrong network, for a code you have already redeemed, or for what a third-party platform later does with an account.

Nothing here removes a right you have under the law that applies to you and cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

The current version is the one on this page; the date at the top says when it last changed. Substantive changes are announced in our Telegram channel. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
